The Nightmare Before Christmas Review

This month, for Critic’s Corner, we will be reviewing “ The Nightmare Before Christmas”! This movie is pretty scary, but also very good. However, we just wanted to mention that it is very frightening in some small parts, so we wouldn’t recommend it for kids under 6. On the other hand, some things that we like about it are that it has a spectacular sequence of events! There is also a video game version coming out soon, for those of you who have Xbox and all those cool controllers.

We recommend that you watch it on either Disney Plus or Amazon Prime, as there are not a lot of tv or electronic sources for this movie. Now we will give a short summary for those of you who haven’t watched it. Jack Skellington, the pumpkin king of Halloween Town, is tired and bored of the same old thing every single year. The Christmas Tree door attracts Jack's attention and in the entrance there is a world full of Christmas. Jack is stuck with this new idea of Christmas that he must absolutely share with the people of Halloween Town. Sounds like a good movie right? IT IS!

I know we should use this movie for the Halloween magazine but don’t you ever get the feeling that this movie could be for Christmas too? Despite the fact that it's mostly about Halloween, there is still kind of a Christmasy vibe!

So, Queen Sophia of this pumpkin patch will give this movie a 9 and a half out of 10. The reason why I give this score and not a ten is because it had a lot of scary things including that kind 6 and under can’t watch. All I want is that it should be a kid friendly movie. But the rest of this movie was fantastic. Well, thank you for reading our Critic’s Corner today!
